We take time with our patients.
Most doctors are “in & out” with their patients, spending five minutes – or less! – with them. Our appointments are at least 15 minutes long, because we believe that proper assessment and the right type of treatment takes a certain amount of time. We’re willing to give that to our patients. Besides, we think seeing our patients is fun!

Common Questions

Is it going to hurt?
No. Our doctors utilize several different chiropractic techniques to best treat your condition, and none of them are painful. Even if you have joints/spinal bones that are out of alignment, our doctors can realign them without having to “crack” or “pop” you. Refer to our Treatments section to read more about our “No-Popping or Cracking” techniques.
Do you treat people who have been in a car accident?
Yes, we do. Our doctors are experts in auto accident cases and treat these injuries every day. They will perform a thorough evaluation and determine the chiropractic care that you need.

Please note that even if you are not feeling any pain or obvious symptoms, it is still highly recommended you get an accident checkup right away. Symptoms from auto accident injuries can take time – even months or years – to manifest. Just because you are not feeling any pain now does not mean that you will not feel it later. If you feel it later, you may end up with a chronic condition, so get checked today!

Our goal is for you to have a quick and complete recovery from your auto accident. We care about your health and don’t want you to suffer needlessly. We understand that being involved in a car accident is stressful, and we are here to help make this process as easy as possible.

If I come to see a chiropractor do I have to keep coming forever?
No. Here in our offices, we do not try to sell you on “forever” care. Our approach is: “Find it, fix it, leave it alone.” It is why we use Active Release Technique (A.R.T.), cold laser therapy, spinal decompression, clinical nutrition, IASTM, etc. – so that we can get to the root cause of your problem. Once that’s fixed, then your adjustments hold and you DON’T HAVE TO COME BACK.

That being said, many of our patients once they’re fixed, feeling great, and back on their feet doing the things they love, will choose to do a maintenance plan so that they can continue to feel good. But that’s a choice that’s left up to you – it’s never required and you’ll never be pressured to continue treatment after your problem is fixed.

How many treatments will I have to have?
Our office is patient centric. This means you’re the boss. Whether you want temporary relief, a wellness program of care or long-term maintenance program to get you and keep you feeling good, we’re here to help you achieve your health goals.

We don’t have a crystal ball, so that’s hard to say. But as with the answer to the previous question, our approach is to fix you as quickly as possible. We’ve had some patients walk out after one visit … totally healed!

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes. Just give our offices a call. We must say that our office are quite popular and some days we are completely full with patients who want to come in and see us. But we always do our absolute best to try and fit you in that day. Our doctors have even been known to stay late to fit in new patients just because they love helping people!

Are your spinal decompression treatments expensive?
No. In fact we charge just $50 per decompression treatment. So, for many patients who need a program of treatment, that program will cost somewhere between $200-$800. This is thousands of dollars less than other doctors in the area who pay for all their fancy marketing by charging you through the nose for their program. Look at our testimonials (most of our marketing is word-of-mouth) and see all the lives we’ve changed for less than $1000. We’re very proud of this fact.
Do you have special rates for patients who don’t have insurance?

Yes. For those people who don’t have insurance coverage, we charge $59 per visit, which helps people to afford the care they need without having to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars. And for people in dire financial circumstances, we are always willing to help you afford the care you need by offering financial assistance.

Do you treat kids?

Yes, we treat patients of all ages. Our doctors have treated babies just days old, including their own!

My auto insurance policy does not cover medical treatment. Can I still get the chiropractic care that I need?
Yes. We accept attorney liens, which means we receive payment from your attorney when your case settles. If you have an attorney already, please have them contact us. If you need an accident attorney, our doctors can recommend some for you. We work with a number of attorneys in the area. In addition, there may be other ways that your chiropractic care can be covered. We would be happy to discuss these options with you.
